Due to an increasing workload this building services consultancy requires an HVAC Engineer to join their team.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects including healthcare and education schemes. The majority of their projects are based in the North East, though they do work further afield having recently won work in Scotland.
You will join the design team working independently on your own projects or supervising Junior and Intermediate Engineers whilst they work with you on larger schemes. You will work on projects from start to finish, conducting surveys, designs and specifications, seeing the project through to completion.
Established for over 10 years, this M&E consultancy works independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team working with other companies to provide a comprehensive service.
Providing a full survey and design service, this independent consultancy also provides a project management function designed to ensure that all aspects of the project run smoothly.
In addition to its` work for universities, this company also work on several housing and residential projects. They also work for a large hotel chain providing design and project management services.
